Where is my order?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days, with free tracked delivery to the UK. You'll find the tracking link in your order confirmation email.
How do I return an item?
You have a 365-day return period. Email us at hej@magtracker.se with your order number and we'll help you.
My MagTracker isn't working
You have a 3-year warranty. Write to us with your order number and a short description, and we'll sort it out.
How do I connect it to my phone?
Add it in the Find My app on iPhone or in Find Hub on Android. Then it's ready to go.
